This one day course covers key skills required by a leader to ensure that their organisation delivers required results. It explores GOAL setting, strategic development, business plans, creating the vision & motivating others to achieve results.
What makes a great leader?
This one day course explores what skills, competence and characteristics make a great leader. Do you inspire your team? Can you motivate people to get the best out of individuals and teams? Can you improve or become a great leader?

- Development of personal action plans
- Managing under performance
A one day course which develops understanding of what can cause underperformance, how people learn, and then steps to consider and take to individuals and groups to address issues and develop suitable development and performance plans.
Three day course covering all essential aspects of running a successful business, namely:
- Maximising profitability
- Business planning & growth
- People management.
- Training & development
- Financial management
One or two day courses available to explore and practice the key skills and planning required to deliver an outstanding presentation to a wide range of audiences.
Equality & diversity
This one day course covers key aspects of the Equality Act 2010 put in context for a business setting. So it covers recruitment, ensuring customers’ needs are met, maintaining and developing a diverse workforce.
Financial management for the non-financial person
A two day course which covers all aspects of financial accounts and management, tailored for those who may struggle or lack experience. So we look at all aspects of financial information which includes cash flow forecasts, Profit & Loss accounts, budget planning, understanding key terminology.
Team building can be a great way of developing and improving teams and individuals within teams. Events are tailored to the client, with a mixture of activities both physical and exercise based. All team building events are developed to meet individual organisational business objectives.
Mental health awareness
Sadly at least 1 in 4 people will suffer some form of mental health issue. In addition to which dementia is increasing due to an ageing population. Does your organisation understand the different types of mental illness and therefore can you provide the necessary support and understanding to your staff or customers, many of whom will have some form of mental health issue.
